Parkour Classes

Parkour is a training discipline using movement efficiently through your environment.  Students will learn to get from one point to another without assistive equipment and in the fastest, most efficient way possible!

We offer two classes catered to different age groups.

    • Youth Parkour   5 – 12 year olds
    • 13+ Parkour
